It’s in easily good+ condition with 619 clean and unmarked pages. There’s the occasional small spot or two but they’re scarce. Faint hint of age tone. Previous owner’s signature on the title page. Binding is good. There’s slight shelf wear, pressed spine cover ends, minor corner bumps. Superbly, and generously illustrated with 23 plates,with tissues still in place, and 351 smaller, b/w photos and prints. I’m not a medical professional but found this book engrossing.
