Dwight Twilley's second solo album had a protracted birth. Recording sessions began in 1978 for an album to be titled 'Blueprint' and planned for release through Arista Records. Yet Dwight never stopped writing and cutting throughout the enforced interval since his 1979 solo debut, 'Twilley'.
