Limited edition two volume set built around Rosetti’s version/interpretation of Hartmann Bon Hue’s poem. Volume one is a facsimile of Rosetti’s handwritten work. Volume 2 is the finished work bound with quality materials, printed in a beautiful type style, and with a handful of illustrations. Overall condition of the two books….good+ approaching very good. There’s some light, small spotting on the spine covers, a couple of small stains on the boards, hints of yellowing on the end pages. Bindings are good. There’s also a small spot or two in the text of volume 2. Books measure 10.5”x 8”. Volume 1 has many uncut pages and appears unread. Previous owners paste-downs inside front covers.
