This is a great unit in perfect working order! We are only selling because it came on a food trailer we bought and our menu doesn't require this piece of equipment. Because it came off of a trailer, you can imagine it has the normal cosmetic wear and tear, but in functionally, it is great! This is a steal for the new chef just starting out or the seasoned chef looking to upgrade their existing set up. New these units run upwards of $7,000.
