New in a box. Tube Unopened. Box is Sealed. It says watery cream on the tube bottle but it is really a gel. Best used with a massage roller/applicator to reduce wrinkles and fine lines. I use this gel (with a massage applicator) for myself and it reduces my frown lines and fine wrinkles on my eyes and mouth.
