Dwarf Grey Sugar Snow Pea (Pisum sativum) is considered to be a multi-purpose pea variety. Can be harvested early as a snow pea, or allow to mature until the peas fill out to make it a snap pea. Allowing the peas to mature fully they then can be used as a soup pea.
