The machine heats up, but makes a very loud noise. Steam comes out of the wand, but nothing comes out of the head underneath. The machine comes with all the accessories seen here. It has not been used hardly at all and has been sitting on a shelf for a long time. It is time it had a new life. The accessories are in great condition.
