Reel is a 9/10 and in excellent condition. I had this mounted to a technique specific rod that I used very little so this reel was more of a safe queen. Right hand retrieve and 8.3:1 gear ratio is great for burning squarebill crankbaits, buzzbaits, and even spinnerbaits. It shines dragging bottom in my opinion though. Texas rig, Carolina rig, or other bottom contact presentation.
