vintage rare Panasonic model PV-M429 AV Pocket watch VHS portable player

I think this is a fairly rare item. It is a Panasonic AV Pocket Watch portable vhs player, model PV-M429 No accessories except the battery are included. The battery compartment lid is missing as well as there is a dent/ gouge in the lid but do not believe it effects how it works. Please check over the photos, thank you for looking
