Seems to work but I couldn't get the ribbon to stay in place as you can see in the 3rd picture every time I put it in the groves & tightened the spools it still kept falling down so I couldn't type a whole sentence to show in the pictures, will likely be best to buy a new ribbon anyway. Will have it packaged safely & immobilize the carriage.
