Used CR2020. Powers on, lights up, needles respond to settings and radio. Some scratches, dings, dirt (stains?), and a chipped corner to the natural wood finish. the chipped off piece was in original picture at listing but removed now as it has been lost. Finally, slight bend to original outlug plug.
