Works properly we scanned some local areas and picked up the local Phoenix weather radio. Nice speak and loud. Has a few scratches and signs of use but in great condition. Also back clip has only 1 screw but does not effect hold on to items(clip,pants, belt). Please review pictures to determine items conditions for yourself.
