Canon Scanner CanoScan 9000F Mark II w/ ORIGINAL BOX & SOME ACCESSORIES TESTED
I was able to get this to work with Windows 11. I believe it may have attributable to downloading & installing the Windows 8.1 driver, but I am not 100% certain that the Windows 10 driver would not have worked.
