This 99 year old typewriter is perfect as either a cool display to add ambience to a room or as a restoration project. Check out the pictures. Mechanically the parts all seem to move fine, except the carriage does not advance when keys are pressed. The “snap” of the key hitting the carriage however is truly classic. The case needs some TLC, as it is coming apart in a few places. With all this said, the possibilities are numerous for how to display this vintage portable typewriter as a memento of a time long past.
