Vintage Syracuse China Restaurant White Blue Windmill 9" Plate ~
Excellent Condition! Beautiful White glaze with Blue Windmill at the top of the plate and Blue Stripe around the rim. One has a couple little brown spots under the glaze on the rim (see photos). 3 glaze holds marks on the bottom.
