I believe these have now been tested on all variants of these machines. No other screws or mounting hardware are needed and are not included., flexible, and pretty gripping on most surfaces. I printed these with a complex infill (with a variable gyroid and hollow fill structure) for a balance between good friction on the table, tight fit on the machine and shock absorption.
