Why upgrade the ribbon to a 2.5 µm ribbon?. Most (not all) of the Chinese Ribbon microphones use 6 µm aluminum foil which isn't as responsive as 2.5µm. HANDLE WITH CARE. We are not responsible for the foil once you start handling it.
