I believe this to be a 1969 based on the code on the underside of the key cover. Serial number 822360. It has been in storage a long time and smells musty. Not horrible but it will need attention as soon as you take delivery. I did not attempt to clean or oil it in any way except for a very quick wipe down with a damp cloth, mostly on the carrying case. I tried typing on it and it seems to work as it should, except the ribbon has no life whatsoever. It advances, dings, all that. Some of the keys were sticky at first but after they were worked a few times they seem fine. One platen knob is broken and missing. Having said all that, this is being offered as is, as found.
