This book is 12” square and the plastic protective cover is torn as pictured and there’s a dinged spot on the bottom front cover as pictured. I do have a couple others by this author listed if you’re interested. I generally take many pictures of my items so be sure to look at them all and use the magnifying tool to see greater details of the item.
