This particular model is upgradeable to windows 11 Pro, I restored to windows 10 Pro so buyer would have their say on what OS they would like, you can see in 4th pic I started the process on one, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050, Windows 10 pro, works great, a have a few of these, cosmetics are all virtually the same, some scratches from normal use or tiny dents (hardly visible) on top (refer to last picture), overall they look great cosmetically, and they perform really great, free shipping No charger included V5
