New but no box. Has instructions and mounting brackets. No manual. Also has a 6" & 10" duct. It still has wrapping on it. No scratches or any damage. Dust free and clean. Its a large unit so I know the shipping is expensive. It is accurate and Im wrapping and boxing it safely. We will ship via Fedex with insurance so it will require a signature.
