This is a very high-quality constructed sterling silver brooch that features multiple textures from smooth and polished to rough and lightly violet in color. The strange coloration of the rough sterling silver picks up on the amethyst cabochons. I love the way. The three gemstones are placed so that there is a Jim accent from three different directions as you look at the brooch. This is a very architectural, appearing brooch, modernist in style.
