Only accessory included is the rice measuring cup. No manual, but measurements on cup and cooker bowl make it obvious. There is only one cooking mode -- COOK. Used two or three times. Stored for several years. Tested briefly just before listing using water, no rice. Water got hot. Did not test automatic shutoff when done.
