These are brand new HP motherboards. These do not come in retail packaging since they are packaged in boxes of 20 and are HP service replacements (meaning they are pretty much the only way you can get these boards new). If you plan to use this board in a standard PC case, you should purchase the option that includes the IO shield and power adapter. Please do you research about compatibility PRIOR to purchasing so you can be sure it will work for your needs. These will NOT support Ryzen CPUs out of the box.
