In good condition, has some fading to cover, a little edge and corner wear, inside pages have some yellowing, writing on inside cover and blank page with name on inside, Charles A. Barnes. Inside pages have underlining on a couple pages, staining from paper on inside. Binding is a little loose but all pages are intact.
