This is a repurposed amazon tongue drum that i cut 8 additional tongues into the back of to make it double side so the notes resonate. it may not look pretty, since it was a challenge cutting tongues using nothing but a drill and jigsaw, but it sounds beautiful! i also made a large hole on the 8 note side so you can fit your hand inside and apply magents for custom tuning with magnets if desired. i also repainted it with gold spray paint, though its not perfect.
