Item is testing and works. It does show minimal signs of use. It was, however, not stored well and there are multiple signs of corrosion/ rust. Please see photos. Areas include: hinges on the side, bottom bolt, a little on the handle, some around the rings, and on the name plate. Please see photos to see actual condition. Works perfectly. I ran it multiple times for 5-10 minute sessions just to make sure.
