Works as it should. I do not have owners manual but I seen on website you can download for free. Has a few scratches on top of machine on stainless steel as you can see from pics. When you pull out canister that you put ingredients in black markets are where coating has come off from cleaning out each time. It's great machine not really used that much just downsizing because would like to move in next year or so.
