There are two of these. It came out of a library. They are in relatively the same condition and I will likely randomly choose one to send to the first buyer. There's no mounting hardware with them. Please use pictures to help determine condition. The question mark in the title indicates that I'm not sure if this could be used as a towel rack. I believe it was originally designed for newspapers or magazines and as listed or as stated, it came out of an old library.
