For your consideration is this wonderful, old, heavy china restaurant ware bowl set made by Syracuse China in the Festival green and tan leaf pattern on the Winthrop body. This pattern is one of Syracuse China’s institution/restraint ware line and has their mark on the bottom of the cup and saucer. It was first introduced in 1946.
