We opened this up and fully detailed inside and out, waste ink absorbent pad is rinsed or replaced, serviced this and tested to work like new. Comes with a power cord/adapter and USB only. However, ink cartridges, CD or manual are not included. Unit is used and will have a few minor scratches at the top, nothing major.
