Absolutely no returns. This is being sold for parts or repairs.. it is factory refurbished B stock radio. After testing i discovered itwont load the CD.. .i was first to open the sealed package. I haven't checked to see what's wrong . Itcould be as simple as plugging in something over looked at Dual. So its a handy man special. The radio sounds good and works perfect.
