I have a bunch of these, all used but tested/wiped and essentially brand new. Item may have tiny mark(s) from use on outside but no scratches in the screen and the keyboard and trackpad look brand new on all of them. All items are similar condition to the one listed. See the slight mark on the rubber foot for example. Battery health is also great i checked a few and they were all showing 100
