Link PlayStation to your battlenet that you want the skin to be linked to permanently in the connections section of battlenet, after you redeem this skin it won't be possible to remove it. After everything you are free to remove the PlayStation linked from battlenet it's just personal preference the skin is permanently attached to Battlenet and will cross-progression to all linked connections!
