My wife didn't like this as much as the old one, so I found an older model to replace this. Used a few times for homemade mayonnaise and chopping onions and garlic. Works great. Chop and puree in pulses. Intuitive. The color is Onyx Black. Handwashed only. Examine pics closely as they are part of the description.
