This is a Shimano RS-685 left hand shifter/brake lever for hydraulic brake systems. It has a few thousand miles on it but is still relatively clean and shifts as it should with a nice firm click. Some rust around the hydraulic hose connector but threads are in good shape and there are no fluid leaks. A good working example in decent shape. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
