These are working speakers and I will include power cords. They have some scuffs on them but man are these loud and pretty good mid Bass. these can be used for small concert speakers and are much louder than some of the bigger Bluetooth these attached with a cord but you can pick up a Bluetooth driver on eBay pretty quick and cheap.
