Tested and everything seems to be working properly. Only issue is the scratches, spots and marks. There is a screen spot pictured above in lower Right hand. You are able to see it while it is on and while it is off. Please see pictures for details and condition. Some defects are pictured above not all. Batteries not included. May need cleaning. As is.
