This is a Hobart 2612 Heavy Duty 12" Deli Slicer. I replaced both knife-shaft bearings and cleaned all of the slide-bars along with the indexing assembly. Hobart 2612 Manual Slicer. It's solid and heavy and requires two people to move it around safely.
