The Vtg Riedell USA 355b Ice Figure Skates are a pair of women's figure skates in size 7.5, featuring a stiff flex and a leather boot and liner material. These vintage skates were made in the United States by Riedell, known for their quality ice skating products. The bottoms say Red Wing, Minn. The tongue is starting to break down, still usable though. There are scuffs and damage which I've tried to show in pics.
