This unit looks as though it has never been used before. It still has the peel off plastic covering the display. The carrying case is still in its original plastic and the cord is in its original black bag. The suction cups are in the case. All the paperwork is still in the box. I did plug it in to see if it powers on and it does. It beeped at me. The dim button works as well. It is not highway tested, however. The box has some wear. There is a tear on one of the corners.
