It’s the Tron limited edition PDP controller with built in LED blue lighting. It is wired and works on both PlayStation 3 consoles and PC’s. I tested it on both a PS3 and a modern day PC and it works. Steam recognizes it for games so it has no functional issues. Externally it is in excellent physical condition and has no sticky rot as it was stored in a temperature controlled climate. I only opened it in 2020 over covid. Actual item is pictured.
