The machine isn’t brand new it’s a return but in good condition! There is a cover for where coffee goes in, but it broke off. I still have the cover it may be able to fixed I’m not sure. Comes in original box but doesn’t have manual or accessories. I tests it the unit to make a pot of coffee in which it successfully completed and the coffee tasted fine. The espresso machine is also missing the milk frother cup.
