open box. looks like someone went to install it and then stopped, does not have a cd or manual, and i see the DVR was supposed to have a usb mouse which i don't have. untested but everything looks like its in good condition, cameras look brand new, and one of the cables looks like it was only unwrapped. please see all pictures for details. i don't see a hard drive size, but it says supports up to 4tb storage. listed to the best of my knowledge
