This was a store return looks like it was just tested. Once only one of the ice cream containers has been used. The others are still factory wrapped items does work. I have tested it. It does turn on the motors to spin and the blades. The assembly is a little tricky so look at a YouTube video when putting it together, you have to turn it and then push down kind of firmly on it. It does work though.
