New, never installed. I believe it is 100% complete, but have priced it so that if you do need to order a part it’s still a great deal. Actual measurements are 30 3/16” x 20 1/4”. Features Schott Ceran glass. I think it’s made for natural gas, and an LP conversion kit can be purchased.
