Powers up and hums but will not play, fast forward or rewind. Eject mechanism works. The VU meter lights work as do the Dolby NR and normal/chrome lights. The power cord is in very good condition. Some peeling of the veneer. This item is being sold as-is with no returns. Please see photos.
