This is new, and never been used, but it does have some light marking on it from the way it was packaged as I displayed in the pictures. Too small for most human use when zipped, but could be used as a thawing/warming device. Great for human use, especially emergency use when unzipped. The plug in device is unique, purchaser will need to find the correct adapter in order to heat with electricity.
