Clean unit. Tested all functions - all working. (I did not test running it on battery power or via the 12v input. Battery contacts are clean - no reason to suspect it would not work.) Belts have been replaced. Rubbers have not been replaced, but I do not see any cracking or deterioration. Shipping to USA only.
