All functions tested good. Radio and cd player both work. The cd open button does not work, you have to press on the back of the cd lid to force the door to open. Aside from some discoloration from age and a power cord that is in need of attention this vintage Hello Kitty cd player works and sounds great. You could choose to cut the cord and only use batteries too.
